Lebanese ICZM Draft Law by PAP RAC – UNEP/MAP: 2023-2024. I updated the Lebanese draft law on Integrated Coastal Zone Management, providing a diagnostic analysis of the regulatory and legislative context and recommendations for the update of the national ICZM strategy.

Coastal Zone Risk Assessment by PAP RAC – UNEP/MAP (GEF MedProgramme): 2023. I drafted the legal and regulatory landscape section of the study on risks of investing in low-elevation coastal zones (LECZ) in Lebanon.

Mountain Law Proposal by CESNA-LB Project (EU-funded): 2022. I drafted a proposed mountain law for Lebanon as part of the European Union-funded CESNA-LB project on sustainable development of mountain areas.

Environmental Law Effectiveness Indicators by CIDCE: Ongoing. I work with Professor Michel Prieur’s international expert group on developing indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of environmental law, contributing to CIDCE’s research program on environmental governance.

Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program (LEB-CAAP) by FHI 360 – USAID: 2021-2022. I served as environmental compliance expert, screening project activities using the Environmental Review and Assessment Checklist (ERAC) methodology, creating Environmental Mitigation and Management Plans (EMMP), and training staff members on environmental monitoring.
