Represented CIDCE at the 22nd Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Barcelona Convention, the principal gathering on environment and sustainable development in the Mediterranean region. Contributed to discussions on coastal zone protection and implementation of the ICZM Protocol.

Chaired working sessions bringing together experts from France, Lebanon, Tunisia, and other Mediterranean countries to strengthen coastal legislation under the Barcelona Convention framework.
